If you have an old home in Michigan that is beyond repair, let us completely remove it and start over with a new foundation. This can be done in a urban or rural setting. The day that the demolition takes place, we will have every last bit of the old house removed. We can have a brand new home sitting on a new foundation a few weeks later. Once the site is prepared, we bring the new home in. This is one of our larger ranch style homes that is built in 2 modules. The roof is temporarily folded down until the home is on the basement. The overall size is around 2300 sq.ft.
